  • You may cancel your tour and receive a refund if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are non-refundable due to the logistical costs incurred in organizing the tour. These include, but are not limited to, payments made to local guides, food suppliers, transportation services, and other third-party providers.

  • Refunds will be processed through PayPal, our payment processor. Please note that PayPal may deduct administrative fees or commission charges, which will be reflected in the final refund amount.

2. How to Cancel

3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your tour, we will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Changes requested less than 24 hours before the tour are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellations by the Company

  • In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • If the cancellation is due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Legal Compliance
